The Albany County Medical Reserve Corps enhances the County’s emergency preparedness efforts by ensuring that a trained group of healthcare professionals and community volunteers are ready to assist the County in response to a public health emergency.
Regional Solid Waste Management Authority Feasibility Study
In January 2010 Albany County was awarded a NYS grant to complete Phase I of our Solid Waste Management Authority Feasibility Study. New York State will provide 90% of the funding and Albany County will provide the 10% local share.
