The Division of Finance is responsible for the administration of the financial affairs of the County.

This includes:

  1. Receipt, custody and investment of public funds;
  2. Collection of County taxes and maintenance of delinquent tax records;
  3. Administration of Court and Trust actions; and
  4. Disbursement of county funds.

Certificate of Residence

A certificate of residence is available to County residents who need to provide one to a community or state-funded college.
